Proposte di tesi (Laurea Magistrale)

Progettazione e simulazione mediante CAD softwares industry-standard professionali di componenti analogiche, digitali e mixed/signal in tecnologie CMOS deep-submicron da impiegarsi nella realizzazione di circuiti integrati multi-canale di tipo Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) per la lettura di rivelatori di radiazione.

Programmazione e simulazione di dispositivi di tipo Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) mediante utilizzo di linguaggi di descrizione dell'hardware quali Verilog/VHDL per la realizzazione di sistemi di acquisizione dati (DAQ).
